Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact & Register forms
When a user registers with traceandsave.com; they are automatically subscribed to our newsletter service, which they can unsubscribe from at any time. A user is also agreeing to our terms of usage of Cookies when they contact us via e-mail and/or contact forms from within the site itself.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

User data is shared with a newsletter e-mailing service called Mailchimp; this newsletter service is completely controllable through the site, all users may subscribe and unsubscribe from this e-mailing service at any time.

Blogs, comments and user data is shared between and linked to Facebook & Twitter.

How we protect your data
All user data is monitored and backed up everyday, server activity is monitored and reports are logged 24/7. The number of internal administrators that are given access to sensitive information is restricted, this keeps server access to a minimum so as to not compromise user information.

Any and all data breaches are to be reported to webmaster@traceandsave.com; in the event of a data breach, the servers will be shutdown and all users will be contacted immediately.
