We all know that farming in an environmentally responsible way is the right thing to do. but what is the economic impact of ‘greener’ production?
In partnership with Nedbank, Trace & Save and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF-SA) set out to investigate the association between the economic and environmental facets of sustainability related to milk production on pasture-based dairy farms in South Africa. The result is a comprehensive, data-led report about the financial benefit of sustainable dairy farming. The publication will be launched during the webinar and these results should excite farmers, milk buyers and retailers of dairy products.
Join us for an agriculture webinar where our speakers – Craig Galloway, Sustainable Agriculture Researcher at Trace & Save, and Sue Viljoen of WWF-SA – will present on the topic Financial benefit of a more environmentally friendly approach to dairy production. This webinar, aimed at sparking robust conversation about sustainable dairy production, will be co-hosted by the Milk Producers’ Organisation and The Dairy Mail.
